La Quinta by Wyndham Bridge City-Orange

This La Quinta is beautiful on the water with a well taken care of pool. I wish I got to use it, but it was about 40 degrees while I was there. Nice upgraded lobby. Everything was as expected for the stay including the breakfast. Allowed a late check out. Good location related to restaurants and things to do. Quiet stay. I appreciated the room being ready when I arrived.

There were roaches in the room and the shower was broken.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable, for a great night sleep. Continental breakfast served; at my visit they were out of eggs. for the most part breakfast filled the belly. The temperature was not the greatest, it was a little warm, not able to keep it as cool as we would have liked.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Very clean and nice upgrades. Spacious room.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice, what when I told him our room stunk he did not take me serious, we had checked in late, so the next morning when we woke up, our sinuses were a mess our breathing affected, and the bathroom was full of mold. We have pictures we have sent to Booking.com. This is my second attempt to contact the property.

The hotel was clean and felt new. Bed was comfortable. No complaints with the room and facilities. However, I'm a native Texas and I am ashamed of the staff. They weren't rude, but they were not friendly. No information was given to me about check out time or when breakfast was or where the ice machine was. When I went to look for the ice machine, the arrow pointed in the opposite direction. And there was never anyone at the desk, it was like they were hiding. I expected more from the staff.

Entry was clean and smelled nice. It was very quiet.

This is our go to place for business or really anything else. Ms.Mariana greeted us long lost friends. So nice to come to hotel and they remember you even though it’s been awhile. When Ms. Michelle saw us come in, she is a pleasant welcome The rooms are clean and well maintained as usual. Please be kind to Housekeepping, they have a hard job keeping the rooms ready for the next guest. Leave your rooms a if it was your own with pride. Ms Leticia, also has a difficult job keeping the breakfast bar ready for us. She does her best to keep the food ready for the workers and others. Say a kind word to her and appreciate her. Please if in this area make it your to go place. You wont regret it.
