This place is wonderful,all amenities were in perfect condition.The front desk stuff was very very nice, polite, helpful. We had some issues with the restoránt,and bought Restoránt Manager and Hotel manager help us to resolve it. I hardly recommend this property

Nice property close to the Lake Arrowhead Village with ample parking. Comfortable room with good amenities. Decent breakfast options, although coffee wasn’t hot - I had to buy my coffee in the end at the 7-11 across the parking lot. The Lake Arrowhead Village has lost many shops, so there are fewer shopping options than before. Food options are better.

Great people , great food and happy hour

Property needs a major facelift! Room 39 is old , broken window cranks, ants in kitchen, paint chips nicks etc all over. Walk-in tub shower is highly dangerous. No AC WHICH WE DIDNT KNOW! Entire property needs power wash to remove dead bugs, spider webs etc. repaint the entire exterior. It’s an eyesore. Cheap dirty plastic chairs outside the rooms
