Grand Mercure Dalat

This place is really something special! The rooms and furnishings are top class, and the grounds immaculate. We have stayed in some world class hotels over the years and can’t think of anywhere much better than this. The staff are keen to help however the language barrier felt much more prominent than other places we have stayed during this trip. I think that’s possibly more an Accor thing though as we found this at other Accor resorts. Hardly worth mentioning though as English is not their first language and the majority of their guests seem to be Chinese or Russian. What they lacked in English skills they made up for in enthusiasm and hospitality. The quality of the breakfast was much higher than my will power and it’s safe to say we left well fed. We booked this as a four star resort but in our opinion it’s a Five star! When we return this will be our hotel of choice

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Dalat Resort and would highly recommend it. The rooms are absolutely fabulous—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent selection of food to suit all tastes—and the addition of fizz made it feel extra special and indulgent! Such a lovely touch to start the day. The grounds are simply stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that add to the peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort. It really feels like a little oasis. Overall, a fantastic stay with great attention to detail throughout. I would definitely return!

Một trải nghiệm thật bất ngờ ở mercure dalat. Mặc dù đã nghỉ tại khá nhiều khách sạn 4-5sao trong và ngoài nước nhưng khi chọn mercure dalat là một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn khác biệt.phòng rất sạch sẽ. Khung cảnh xung quanh yên bình. Vì tính khám phá khá cao nên mình chỉ định book 1 đêm ở mercure nhưng nhân viên + dịch vụ+ phòng và khoang cảnh resort quá tuyệt vời nên quyết định ở thêm 3 đêm. Em HO HOANG HIEP take care khách hàng rất chuyên nghiệp và tận tình. Sẽ cùng bạn bè và gia đình quay lại mercure dalat thêm nhiều lần nữa
