Chegamos cansados de viagem e fizemos o check-in as 22hrs. Não havia como pedir comida no restaurante, então pedimos lanches no bar. Quinze minutos depois do pedido, fomos informados que NAO HAVIA PAO! Foi so a primeira decepção. Seguem as demais: - as piscinas fecham as 21hrs; - as piscinas internas ESTAVAM FRIAS; - as saunas são extremamente pequenas, o que torna a experiência desagradavel; - as toalhas de banho não cheiravam bem; - o cafe da manha e' decepcionante, com pouca variedade, produtos de baixa qualidade e frutas não maduras; - a ducha não proporciona conforto: pequena, com vazão reduzida e box parcial; - carpete dos corredores sujos, trazendo aspecto ruim; - camas razoáveis.

Hotel muito bom para famílias com crianças. Staff acolhedor. Atenção à redes wi fi porque é de difícil e alguns colchões estão a precisar de ser substituidos. Troia na época baixa é menos confusão mas oferta de restauração é muito reduzida e incompleta.

Pequeno almoço a baixo das expectativas para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Jacuzzi pequeno... Temperatura da piscina baixa. No entanto, o aparatamento era espaçoso e com uma vista bonita.

Alles in allem gutes Hotel. Negativ: Bei meinem Aufenthalt wurde Hotelfoyer und Bar nicht geheizt, deshalb permanent frierende Gäste.

Rooms are nice and very spacious, everything within walking distance.

If you dont have a child, dont stay here. All the hotel is full of entertainment such as swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc. But you cant use because kids are everywhere playing, yelling and running all over the place. If you want some peace, be away from this hotel.

Nice condo hotel, but not a 5 star. OK views. Average furnishings in living room, but terrible in bedroom - two twin beds pushed together to form a king, but not with king sheets. No coffee maker in room. No washer/drier. Limited cooking utensils. Hotel is dead in the off-season and limited entertainment unless you are in one of their all-inclusive French groups. Wouldn't go back.

I have spent 7 days in this hotel and I have to say that just after 3 I wanted to go back home. Internet is just a joke. They say it is provided in your room, this is a lie. You can say you should not need internet on holiday, well this is false as you need it to find a restaurant, to look for something to visit around or even to read the news in your language, as only Portuguese newspaper are available here. Internet was decent only in the hall of the hotel. But that s nothing, I was expecting to have a relaxing holiday, and that s not really the case. And it s unbelievable to think that this was due to the poor choices of management. Two main points: a) They decided to organise some daily courses (Zumba, acquatic courses, etc) for which every day very loud music was put on for 2-3 hours (it bothered me and I was on the 5th floor). b) They decided to call a company to cut the lawn around the pool. It s ok. In general, but was it necessary to do it from 9 o’clock in the morning to 14 ?? And still in high season. For a place that is charging the amount of money they charge per day I would expect much better management. In addition the hotel is overcrowded, it was the last week of summer and no sunbeds were available, with at least 30 people lying on the lawn. They will never see me again.
