Hotel Le Bergerac

Excelent service!!

Beautiful structure! Convenient location; easy access to business area.

Cheap hotel, no a/c, dirty...

Did not get the room with 2 beds as reserved. No AC. Rooms are old and outdated. Poor lighting in and aro the hotel.

I like the layout- it’s unique in that the doors to the rooms are not facing each other. There’s some sort of nightclub nearby that was playing loud music until 2 in the morning.

A little way out of downtown San Jose but walkable. Big room and large bathroom although there was a bit of mould on the very high ceiling it was otherwise clean. Traditional breakfast was included. Was very quiet and right next door to a large Starbucks and close to large supermarket

Shower not working properly and too much insects in the room and communication very poor

I like the old-fashioned feel of the hotel and how it integrated plants into the space.

It is understaffed, so breakfast is available only in a one-hour window, and they ran out of coffee! Lovely landscaping on a quiet street.
