L'accueil du personnel La réactivité de la réceptionniste qui nous a changé de chambre avec clim suite à une fuite d'eau de la cuvette des wc, la chambre réservée à la base n avait pas la clim La propreté La piscine

L'emplacement est super à côté de tout commerce le port l'île aux loisirs plage Richelieu plage du môle juste dommage il n'y a pas de parking

Pas assez de chambre avec deux lits de une place ce n'est pas évident quand on va avec une copine ou un collègue il n'y a pas de parking

Réservation pour une personne en Situation de handicape âgée . aucune prise en charge malgres les instructions 3 mois à l’avance . Pas de chambre handicapé. C’est à vous même de descendre vos draps après le séjour et à faire votre ménage … super pour une personne handicapée . Bref facturation d’un petit déjeuner à 20 euros qui n’existe pas une fois sur place . Aucun petit déjeuné proposé visiblement depuis des mois . Accueil très sympa cependant

La gentillesse des filles à la réception: elles ont été au top vraiment agréables, souriantes, bienveillantes, à l'écoute. Merci! L'emplacement: on est proche de tout plages, commerces, restaurant, port tout est accessible à pied. La chambre correspond totalement à la description faite

Une odeur des robinetteries (dans tout Agde pas seulement ici pour le coup ...!) Pas de parking dommage

Staying here for 2 weeks. I got a very nice room with double bed, balcony, kitchen and air conditioning. Everything is updated, clean and to hotel standards. Staff do their best and is always welcoming. The entire building is clean and is cleaned on a daily basis. I have seen the cleaning staff many times across my room when a guest left and how long they deep cleaned the rooms each time. Not sure what to think of all the negative comments here. People seem to come with expectations of a 5 star hotel for such low price. The hotel is right at the marina, which is full of restaurants and shops. As this is the rear of the restaurants, one can imagine that these will need deliveries early morning. Obviously there will be noise 🙄 a little bit of research beforehand lowers strange expectations 🤔 There is parking right underneath the hotel...yes, there is parking available. You can rent bysicle and cycle your way through the town, beach etc. You have everything right at your doorstep. Carrefour, Netto for your grocery shopping. The beach 10 min walk through either beautiful scenery with lash green trees or through little shops for tourists. Marina in front of you - probably one of the largest. You can either walk it or take a boat trip for 9 euro to view the entire beauty. The museum also just 5 min walk away. With the bus you can reach the train station and from there you can go anywhere you wish. I don't know what more you want. So yes, it deserves my 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Qualité de la literie passable. Très bruyant l’environnement surtout à cette période j’imagine l’été.
