Spacieux et l’emplacement est bien

J’ai pris le logement spécifiquement pour la clim mais elle ne fonctionnait pas du tout!! Vraiment déçue. Le mieux est un peu vétuste, ça mériterait un bon rafraîchissement de manière générale. Pas de place de parking et difficile de ce garer autour.

Hébergement très proche du centre port du cap. Compter environ une vingtaine de minutes pour les plages un peu plus Éloigné.

La ubicación

Apenas no hablan español aunque lo ponga en Booking, llamé para la entrega de llaves y me hicieron esperar en una ubicación que por cuestion de idioma me indicaron mal. Llamé varias veces porqué no venia nadie, la señora se enfadaba porque decía que estaba con otro cliente, y no se llegó a presentar nadie. Pasadas ya las 12 de la noche y pensando ya en pasar la noche en la calle con las maletas, encontré la persona de seguridad que me ayudó. Después de llamar varias veces ya no me cogían el teléfono, y se marcharon sin preocuparse que estubiera esperando en la calle. Aunque en Booking el nombre que tienen es Résidence Le Saint Clair, yo fui allí, y resulta que el alojamiento no está allí y me indicaron el número de entrada de la residencia y todo donde tenía que esperar. El checkout en Booking pone de 8 a 10, estube a las 8 para irme, y me tube que esperar hasta las 9, hay un papel que pone que abren recepción a las 9, en booking lo tienen mal y no es correcto. El sitio no está mal, pero el precio es alto teniendo en cuenta los servicios que (no) ofrecen, no hay limpieza de habitaciones, tienes que desmontar el sofá y montar la cama, tienes que hacerte la cama...

Great location. Nice comfy studio. Lovely staff.

Place is old and quite worn. Very noisy and seems to attract certain types of people.
