De ontvangt hartelijk, bedienend personeel erg goed. Barmedewerker aardig en professioneel. Restaurantmedewerker bijzonder attent en vakkundig. Heel goede menukaart in het restaurant. Goed gegeten, drie gangen inclusief wijn en water. Uitstekende keuken, ondanks de 'doorgeslagen tournedos', die onmiddellijk teruggenomen werd. De gastheer heeft dit perfect opgelost. Het restaurant liep deze avond helemaal vol. Prijs was oké. Mooie moderne kamer met veel ruimte en een balkon. Dit bezoek was niet de laatste bij UNA.

Het ontbijt was chaos, vanwege 2 bussen toeristen, die ook uitcheckten. Lange wachtrijen bij de buffetten. Dit is natuurlijk het hotel niet aan te rekenen. Wel voldoende en vriendelijke medewerkers die zich 'uit de naad werkten'. Respect voor deze mensen.

La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e facilmente raggiungibile. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia degli ambienti, la spaziosità della camera e la professionalità del personale, sempre cortese e disponibile. La colazione era varia e di buona qualità, adatta sia a chi viaggia per lavoro sia per piacere.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Come unico piccolo suggerimento, alcuni arredi potrebbero essere aggiornati e l'insonorizzazione delle camere potrebbe essere ulteriormente migliorata. Nulla che abbia comunque compromesso la qualità del soggiorno.
