Localização na cidade e muito perto da estação de trem. Sacada ampla e confortável. Recepcionistas da noite, 2 rapazes muito atenciosos.

MAIN BUILDING PHOTO REPRESENTS WRONGLY AS ENTRY IS THROUGH A SMALL DOOR AND THEN STAIRS. AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM AS WELL BECAUSE AS THEIR PRIME CUSTOMER, I TRUSTED THEM AND THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR MORE THAN A 2* RATING WHILE ON BOOKING.COM , IT SHOWS **** EQUIVALENT WHICH IS A GROSS MISLEAD/MISTAKE. ROOMS ARE SMALLER AND BEDS UNCOMFORTABLE. REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON MY 3 NIGHTS STAY IN SORRENTO. I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL IN TRUSTING BOOKING.COM * RANKINGS OF PROPERTY IN FUTURE.

For the price we paid and return guests it would be nice to add bottled water for free every day and also getting toilet paper we had to ask every day. They were a little skimpy on toilet paper

Our family of four (parents with two adult children) stayed at the Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale for one night during our trip through southern Italy, and it was a fantastic experience. We were given two adjacent rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The room my wife and I shared featured a large, covered outdoor patio complete with a table and four chairs—a wonderful spot to relax. I also especially appreciated the outdoor stairs that led directly from the lobby up to our floor, adding a nice architectural touch and extra convenience. You cannot beat this location. The hotel sits right on the main shopping street, positioned perfectly between the train station and the port. It made arriving by train and exploring the town incredibly efficient. The breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Everything was tasty, and the cappuccino service was spot-on. The property is spotlessly clean, highly efficient, and offers just the right amount of attentive service without feeling overbearing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento!

The location is very convenient, between the train station and the major port, both are a short walk. The property itself is on the main shopping street yet we were facing the courtyard so it was quiet. The rooms were big and i had a patio with four large chairs, and unexpected bonus! Best of all were the staff, very welcoming and none of my requests seemed like an inconvenience, everything was "no problem!" The breakfast was very nice and is in an attractive bright room. My family wished we could have stayed here longer.

The location was excellent and was easy to get to once you arrived at the piazza above the port. The room was done in a modern style and was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel lobby was located on the 2nd floor with a narrow stair way from street level. Difficult to bring larger suitcases up. Staff was helpful with this.
