Location location location. Staff superb Roberto and Anna on reception desk and Christiana at breakfast. Very helpful. Stayed in 301 and 302 and lovely balconies.

Apart from being superb very small details that prevent a 10 score. No coffee in room ( however a kettle and a selection of teas)

The only good thing of this place we can say about is the location, very well located.

Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment — from the staff, to the lack of service, to the terrible breakfast. We cannot recommend it at all. Whenever we tried to share feedback, whether with the receptionist or the breakfast attendant, it was not well received. The breakfast itself was awful: on the second day the juice was spoiled and tasted like vinegar. When my husband pointed it out, the staff member simply shrugged and did nothing. Unbelievable. Our room had multiple issues: the shower barely worked, the hair dryer was so weak it couldn’t dry hair, and there was a missing hanger in the bathroom that left a visible hole in the wall. Housekeeping was inconsistent — each day the bed was made differently, and progressively with less care, as if it was just an obligation. The breakfast area was too small and uncomfortable; you can’t have a private conversation because everyone hears you. Staff even helped themselves to food from the buffet. The loud, unpleasant music and overpowering smell in the room only made things worse. When we checked out, no one asked about our stay. Instead, the only question was how we wanted to pay the city tax. That final interaction just confirmed the overall lack of care or professionalism. Save your money — do not stay at this hotel.

Location was perfect, friendly staff, nice size of the room, simple and good breakfast. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and nice shopping area. We took a car during summer and they recommended a parking, super convenient.
