All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card. Please note that as there is a height restriction of 6.2 feet and a width restriction of 13 feet, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park. The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management. Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges. A valid photo ID is required upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. This is my go to for my stays in Auckland.

No washing machine in the apartment and every other time I’ve stayed I’ve been in an apartment with a washing machine. I asked the reception staff and they said you now have to request an apartment with a washing machine. This was one of the reasons I stay here! The apartment was also looking a little shabby, the carpet had been repaired and it was very obvious. Light not working properly but that was rectified very quickly when reported to reception staff. The cleaner on our floor - 15th floor was lovely, she was very friendly.

Quiet, clean, and had a great location!

The parking lot is narrow and has a steep slope, so it might be difficult for those who are not confident in their driving skills. There are also scratches on the walls.

Location: Central to K'Road and walkable to Ponsonby and downtown. Room: great room sizes in our apartment Very clean.

The room had a few things not working or damaged, like a wall socket, bedside lamp, plug in the bathroom sink. We cleaned the filters in the air con so it would work properly. Location is quite good, but stairs are the main way into reception (there is a ramp downhill of reception but that isn't visible when you first arrive).

Location was great, easy secure parking across the road if none available on site. Always my preferred choice to stay when going to concerts at Spark Arena.

The rooms need a refresh of paint and broken blind needed mending.

"Good stay not long enough."

It had everything you needed, close to hospital where we needed to be. Fairly clean all round and comfortable.

The couch could do with and upgrade. Felt a bit ick sitting on it... had to cover it with a towel to sit on it.

Location, layout and flexibility of the check-in. Staff were great. As we booked through booking.com we could only book 2 doubles however reception let us change to 1 double and 2 singles. room had lots of space will stay again

Parking is very tight. i have a long sedan and was unsure if i could get in and out. I did, but I definitely held my breath.
