"A BIG thank you!"

I want to take a moment and just say thank you to Mike V. My family and i checked in on Friday the A/C was cooling however I have bad allergies and felt it right away that the unit was dirty. Once I mention it to him he made sure to go in and clean the unit for us to have a more comfortable stay. Thank you again.

Austin is a GREAT representative of the Hilton brand! Friendly, attentive, and so very helpful! I would like to say the lighting at the bar is too bright. You should seriously have a way to dim the lights and make the bar feel more intimate and casual.

"Red Sox spring training"

Third year of staying here for Red Sox spring training. Excellent value, great staff, very clean. Thanks to Monica for the great breakfast service each year. Thanks to Austin for his hospitality at the bar. He is always smiling, friendly and accommodating. I am sure we will return next spring. Love the pool! Close to Jetblue park

"Highly Recommend Staying Here"

Traveling solo when use of a cane is necessary is challenging; moving luggage and carrying food to the room. So I was very appreciative and grateful when Kelmy A. stepped in and offered assistance. He brought my bags to my room and delivered dinner from the hotel restaurant. It made my stay much easier. Additionally, the room was spacious, comfy bed and delicious dinner. Considering close proximity to airport, barely heard the planes. Only suggestion is to let a person know when checking in about breakfast being included. It was never brought to my attention.
