Don’t feel like 5 star , max 4, need a lot of updates

The room that we were met with was not what we booked (2 twin beds, booked a king). The room had torn furniture, a leaking toilet, and was very musty smelling. They told us there were no other rooms available, so we were stuck. The next day, we were relocated to a different room, which did not have these issues. Overall it was a pretty bad experience and no refund was offered on the first night.

Front desk Sharm is always pleasant and helpful. Room is spacious with comfortable bed and really nice view.

It’s very nice place to take your family.

But many indian guests. They pick foods with hands in the breakfast buffets. Shoutings in the poolside.

I like the staff that helped me. However, the property looked old and somewhat feel not worth the money paid. The breakfast was good and the beach was wonderful.
