15 min walk along the coast to the centre of Puerto Rico which had lots of shops and a variety of bars and restaurants. The hotels rooms were fully equipped with a good size bedroom, separate lounge and good size terrace/balcony. Good pool area and little shop for basics. Breakfast buffet had a large selection.

The higher rooms were service by a cable car lift which was prone to breakdowns.

STAY AWAY! I strongly warn anyone against booking a stay at Ona Hotels Bahia Blanca. This hotel completely disregards its guests, twists the truth, and evades all responsibility. Upon arrival, we were initially offered a room that required climbing over 200 stairs. After refusing, we had to accept a room with "only" 135 stairs. We only agreed to this because the hotel promised the broken elevator would be repaired within a day or two. The elevator was never fixed during our entire stay. A hotel employee even admitted to us that the elevator is frequently out of order—meaning this is a known, recurring problem they actively hide from guests. When the stairs became too physically demanding, we repeatedly requested a room change. We were told it was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. Yet, in his post-stay written responses, the hotel manager lies and claims we were offered a room change. The customer service is an absolute disaster: The manager hides from guests: He deliberately avoided us and consistently refused to speak with us face-to-face, even though he was physically present on the day we checked out. Ignoring all authorities: Ona Hotels' central headquarters completely ignores emails. They ghosted both Booking.com and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) when they tried to step in and resolve the issue. The hotel flatly refuses to cooperate with official complaints. Fake compensation offers: After endless back-and-forth, they finally offered us replacement days at the hotel. However, they gave us such a short time window to use them that it was practically impossible for us to accept. This was clearly just a tactic to make it look like they tried to resolve the issue. To save the final days of our vacation, we had no choice but to check out early and pay for another hotel. They still refuse to refund us for the unused days. This establishment scams its guests and ignores official consumer protection agencies. Do not waste your money here!

Un sitio mágico en el paraíso con unas vistas increíbles. Instalaciones muy buenas La gente del hotel superamable. Manuel el chico de recepción es super atento y ayuda en todo. Hay una pequeña zona para aparcar solo para residentes del hotel. La comida en general es bastante buena. El servicio del hotel es increíble.

Staff were all very friendly and convenient to the pool and shop on site

Beach was not so close. Would have expected the apartment to provide tea/coffee on arrival as we arrived very late in the evening and unable to buy at the shop due to being closed

Struttura molto pulita con appartamenti ben attrezzati vista oceano. Buffet ampio e vario ogni giorno. Animazione molto carina per i bambini e personale gentile soprattutto i camerieri del ristorante, in particolar modo Maria.

although it’s not a big issue, the lift (funicular) was very slow and took to much time to go up/down
