The staff are so friendly, they made our stay so much enjoyable

كل شيء كان جيد و موضفه الاستقبال نور سان كنا قد حجزنا ليله واحده لاكن باسلوبها الجميل و حثتنا على اخذ ليله إضافيه و موظفو الإصطفاف هناك شخص جديد لاكن لطيف جدا

لاكن هاذا قبل ان يتشاجر الموظفون المخصصون للانقاض في البركه الاخيره الجزء اليمن كانو يتبادلون الأحاديث حول من يداوم بصوت مرتفع ثم ضربو بعضهم البعض بشكل وحشي وكان طفلي بعمر 3 سنين برفقتي من ما أثار الذهول للوحشية و الدماء على ارض بجانب المسبح هاذا لا يليق بفندق هاذا نحن ناتي إلى هاذه المكان لشعور بالاطمئنان لاكن ليس بعد اليوم الاسوء أني أخبرت الاستقبال بالحادث و تفاجئت أنهم ليس لديهم اي فكره عن ما حدث قامو بعدم البوح به إلى الاداره و هاذه مشكله كبيره للفندق في المستقبل this was before the staff assigned to the debris in the last pool, the Yemeni section, started fighting. They were arguing loudly about who was on duty, then they brutally attacked each other. My three-year-old child was with me, and I was horrified by the brutality and the blood on the ground next to the pool. This is not befitting a hotel. We come to this place to feel safe, but not anymore. The worst part is that I informed reception about the incident and was surprised that they had no idea what had happened. They didn't even report it to management, and this is a big problem for the hotel in the future

I had a wonderful stay at the movenpick the staff were friendly the service was excellent and everything was very enjoyable specially Rosa from reception spa and the spa very comfortable place

An exceptional experience by all accounts! Our stay at the Mövenpick Tala Bay Hotel was wonderful, combining luxury and comfort away from the city's hustle. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, especially the department managers: Rani, Magdi, and Jamal. They are highly professional, incredibly friendly, and always eager to meet our needs with a smile. Thank you for this impeccable hospitality; we will certainly return very soon.
