Our room had problems with doors shutting, shower door was half a door and ice maker was broke.

The pull out mattress was terrible. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It took 10 minutes to get hot water and when we reported it to the desk asking for a new room the employee said they were fully booked.

La atencion de algunas personas en la recepcion del hotel. Me cobraron dos veces mi estadia, sigo reclamando y no responden los emails. Algunas personas de la recepcion no tienen ganas de trabajar, son poco amables.
