Ibis Phuket Kata

Very good value for the reasonable price we paid. The pool was great. The location is especially good. Kata beach is a nice area and it’s near the beach. Kiri right next to hotel amazing food franchise, also massage place next to hotel room was also very good.

Everything is good according to what we paid.

Booked ibis kata Phuket, one room two adults one child and one adult in a separate room. Upon arrival I was show the room which where both the same size and if I wanted and extra bed for my child it was £20 a night extra. I showed my booking to the receptionist and was told that this is not enough evidence and if I wasn’t happy cancel and go stay somewhere else it was 1am in the morning. The receptionist and in fact all staff are rude. Rooms are tiny and smell of urine. 18 sunbeds to the whole hotel which had seen better days,Most days we went to beach or neighbouring hotel, food in hotel is disgusting once was enough. This is the third time in Phuket had it been the first it would have been the last. Phuket is lovely, people are lovely just stay clear of this hotel RECEPTIONISTS RUDE,SMELLY,ROOM DISGUSTING.

This hotel is a bit dated, but this doesn't spoil your stay. Great breakfast, everything is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful if help is needed.we had a family room which was spacious the bathroom is a little on the small side but adequate. Good sized pool, but again, a little outdated area.
