This is a nice property but even with so called renovations it’s a 2.5-3 star hotel.

I stay here often and the rooms always have an issue. Either we have to be careful with the doors leading into the hallway because someone can most definitely come in behind us with no problem. The doors are also very hard to open. The showers either do not drain or the shower doors do not close all the way. My last stay the shower had an awful smell and it would not drain. Also, the refrigerators half work. Usually the staff are very polite but recently I’ve had several employees who were very rude.

The breakfast was very good. The lady servicing the food was excellent. Everything was nice and clean. Room was very comfortable.

The room was expensive. There was no discount for a second night. I did not receive any discount through AARP, AAA, or AMAC senior discount. And no Discount from Booking.com Especially for a small town.
