Great location, very central , easy to walk everywhere. Our suite had lots of character. We enjoyed the Fika and evening meal was delicious . Thankyou for our take away breakfast , it was an early start!

Dust in the room, windows could be only slighty tilted, not opened (lack of fresh air in the room), beds were too soft (mattreses were overused, sould be replaced)

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the location was great and we liked very much the dining options. The meal was very delicious. We liked also the espresso maker at the reception. Don't forget to visit also the rooftop at the 7th floor.

Our room was just basic/standard, but had everything you need - TV, AC, hair dryer and a tea maker. The cleaning of the rooms is upon the request,which was no problem for us.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es hab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, es fehlte an nichts, sogar Besonderheiten z.B. Smoothies und zwei Varianten von Lachs. Auch Abendessen war erstklassig, es immer eine Suppe, ca. fünf verschiedene Salate und zwei bis drei Gerichte zur Auswahl und zum zusammenstellen sowie Brot.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass mein Zimmer schmutzig war, ich möchte schon sagen dreckig. Beim Bezug des Zimmers schien alles ok, aber schon nach einer Übernachtung entdecke ich weiße Punkte und Staubfäden auf dem Boden. Ich meldet mich bei der Rezeption und bat um Säuberung meines Zimmer. Als ich am Abend in mein Zimmer kam waren die weißen Punkte sowie die Staubfäden noch da. Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und der Müllbeutel. Der Fußboden wurde nicht gereinigt. Tatsache war, dass, mein Zimmer die ganze Woche nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Weder wurde die Toilette, noch das Handwaschbecken noch die Dusche gereinigt und das bei einer Woche Aufenthalt!!! Einfach eklig, so ein schmutziges Zimmer hatte ich noch nie. Auf dem Boden befanden sich nachher ca. 10 cm lange Staubflocken und die weißen Punkte bedeckten den Fußboden. Bei Abreise entdeckte ich, das mein Koffer auf der Unterseite grau vom Staub war.

The location was spot on! All the shops and stores were nearby, and Oslo Central Station was just around the corner. It was also within walking distance of the waterfront, where you can catch a boat or enjoy a meal by the water.

Incredible! Such a choice of delicious, fresh food that would suit any kind of diet or person’s favourite things to eat.

There was quite a bit of noise on the street outside at night in the Friday and Saturday as there were bars close by.
