Wi-Fi was awful

My check-in was very easy I was recognized when I checked in by name. The owners of the hotel are very very professional and I willcontinue staying there long as the quality is there.

Quiet and convenient

Breakfast hrs too short, only until 9am Lights in room were too bright, white/blue No body lotion

It was convenient to where I needed to be

I called ahead of time before booking this room and asked if the mattresses are memory foam because I am allergic and would not be able to sleep in the bed if they are. I was assured the mattresses are not memory foam but when I arrived I discovered that they are, in fact, memory foam. It was too late to find another accommodation so I spent the night on the floor and needless to say did not sleep. I informed the manager in the morning and not only did he not apologize for the misinformation, he argued that he's been in the hotel industry for decades and no hotel has memory foam mattresses. As someone who has traveled to many places all over the world, I know that is an absolute lie.

Quiet Number of towels and wash clothes

My husband is a big, heavy guy. He needed a thicker, more cushy mattress.
