Clean, fair price, friendly staff, large room

Room was a little old and needs a refurbishment, the ac were old and noisy

Very friendly staff and spacious.

NO CAMERAS FACING HANDICAP PARKING. My grandma fell outside and was unable to get up for 15 minutes as well as my car was side swiped in a hit and run accident it the parking lot and the front desk staff said the cameras didn’t face that way

We lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and found lots of hair and dirt, we went to make the room cooler and the whole huge aluminum AC cover came loose and fell off, then the curtain to block light from coming in would not shut so our room was facing the parking lot,the whole night we were trying to sleep with the parking lot lights shining in the whole night, I paid close to 175 for the room it should be better than what it was.

Rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was hot and good!

Had to wait 15 minutes at check-in as there was no staff on duty at the desk and no sign of where they were. Called twice and listened to their phone ring until it hung up. Finally someone came and checked us in. Also, had I known about the construction going on around the hotel I would have booked some where else. It made it difficult to get to the hotel.

We were in town for a concert in Hershey so the location was great and the hotel was also great…would stay again.

There wasn't much that I liked.

My room wasn't ready so they switched me to a different room. The air conditioner didn't work right so they sent someone to fix it. So we had to wait til they were finished working on it before we could go anywhere as I wasn't comfortable with them being in my room with all of my belongings. Also the room was not very clean. And it smelled like mildew.
