スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい、オススメのホテルです。客室にキッチンが備わっており、簡単な調理ができます。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食洗機、電気ケトル、ネスプレッソマシンが標準装備されています。お皿やカトラリー、ワイングラス等全て揃っています。調味料は持参する必要があります。部屋の清掃は7泊まではありません。タオル類の交換を希望される方や、床の埃が気になる方は有料で清掃を頼むことができます。コインランドリーは朝食会場と同じフロアにあり、洗濯が5ユーロ、乾燥が40分2.5ユーロです。コイン、紙幣、クレジットカードでの支払いが可能です。洗濯機は2台、乾燥機は1台あり、待ち時間無しで利用できました。朝食はひとり19ユーロで追加できます。値段の割に種類が豊富で、フレッシュオレンジジュースの機械や、ワッフルメーカーもありました。野菜類が少ないですが、これは他のホテルの朝食も同様なので、不足分は部屋のキッチンで自分で作れば問題ないです。連日内容が変わらないので、連泊の方は注意が必要ですが、満足できる朝食だと感じました。ホテルの周りに浮浪者が多いとの口コミがありますが、ブリュッセルの中心部はここに限らず多いです。危ない思いはしないので問題ありません。ホテルのエントランス、エレベーターにはルームキーが必要で、かつフロントデスクは24時間有人です。フロントスタッフは皆さん気さくで親切なので、不安なことや質問があれば尋ねましょう。ホテルに専用駐車場はありません。歩いて2分ほどのところに、24時間25ユーロで駐車できるパーキングがあります。このホテルは客室の設備もさることながら、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、それだけでも戻って来たいと思えるホテルです。またブリュッセルを訪れる際には、ぜひお世話になりたいと思います。

Central location, 10 min walk from the Central station, lots of dining options nearby. Grocery store across the street. The room was clean and looked modern, full kitchen. The staff is friendly

We were pleasantly surprised with how central this hotel was. We were easier within 5-10 minute walk of all the main Brussels attractions. Despite how busy the area was, the noise was really minimal at night. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant also :)

Loved the proximity of everything and the staff, they made our stay a wonderful experience. The breakfast was also really good.

The hotel service was amazing, and the hotel is in the best location for those who want to stay in the city centre.

Loved the property! Lots of restaurants and attractions around and the metro is beside the hotel.

I thought the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was a spacious and having a kitchenette excellent. Having a guest laundry was fantastic. The room needs a facelift, better lighting and a better tv. The beds need to be replaced. The location is very convenient in the centre of town. While I recognise this is outside the hotels control, I note there are a number of homeless people that loiter outside the hotel, making one feel unsafe.
