Fairmont Pacific Rim

The location was excellent! Very close proximity to Canada Place, Stanley Park, Gas Town, Robson Street. They have really good restaurants in the hotel but there are also tons of other options nearby. The atmosphere was really nice and it smells good! The hotel definitely gives that luxurious vibe when you first enter the lobby area. The rooms were very nice and also felt luxurious and very quiet! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was super nice! I really liked the tablet where I am able to control pretty much everything in the room - from lights to drapes. The room we got also had a huge balcony with a nice electric fireplace outside. I definitely got the value for what I paid for. The rooms were clean. I liked to get daily housekeeping and I was impressed with the attention to tiny details they put in when they tidy up the room. They were also very attentive to what we need. The bell service people were also very pleasant and are always ready to assist. The front desk was also really helpful and great with making sure we got what we need. The one host at the lobby lounge when we go for breakfast even remembered my name. All their staff and servers were really great! Overall, the hotel was great but the service from the staff is what made the experience exceptional!

Excellent stay. Fantastic very large rooms. We were most impressed by the kindness of the reception staff Gabriel who was very kind and generous towards us. I would highly recommend this premium 5 star fairmont hotel.
