"I will NEVER stay here again!"

Nothing!

The housekeeping manager is rude! They gave me covers with burned marks on it as well as dye stains on the second bed. When asked to replace they brought dirty covers from another room & it had makeup on it. After another request the covers have oil stains on it. When trying to take pictures the housekeeper snatched the cover from my hand to keep me from getting a clear picture of the dirty cover.

"Not properly cleaned and had bed bugs"

The room was not clean properly and in the middle of the night I woke up covered in bites and itching. We found a bedbug in the bed.
