General Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday you will see increased activity around the resort as tradespeople carry out works and some noise may be experienced due to the use of power tools and mechanical equipment, throughout this period resort facilities will remain open (subject to COVID-19 restrictions). Please note, we're unable to guarantee rooms with ocean views. "We loved the size of our room and bedrooms but the mould was horrible and the attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming"

"Nice view but the apartment was a bit tired."

The large one bedroom apartment and outdoor area.

The room needed some urgent maintenance/ Repairs, eg Blinds on windows struck together with sticky tape. No phone in the room, to call reception or order room service.

"Weird"

My apartment was comfortable.

Rude staff at check in. It is clear that there is no interest in customers above upselling their time share. As a result, the staff aren’t friendly or helpful.

"Booking .com gave us the most disgusting room on the resort"

Our room was ordinary with no view then the bathroom had sewer smell coming thru the drains,, we got moved,, very upset with booking .com
