Motel 6-Rigby, ID

Room was big for my boyfriend dog and I but the bed hurt my back every morning. Very nice staff!

I honestly ended up not staying here, but my brother and sister-in-law ended up deciding that we could make it work that I stayed with them instead. I did try to send a message to the property through the app, but never heard back from them, and was honestly not sure if I should have called them. The cost of the stay also was rather expensive for me (hence why my brother and sister-in-law let me stay with them), but my change of plans was after the original check in time, and apparently that meant I couldn’t make changes on my own on my end, which was rather irritating, especially since my plans changed so last minute.

At least it has inside rooms

The bathroom was very dirty. The shower was black with scum on the bottom. We wouldn’t even use it. There was also hair on the floor. The sheets and towels were stained.

Excellent customer service. It’s an older motel but the price and availability was right.
