Hotel pulito ed ordinato in ottima posizione, prossimo al corso principale di Ischia porto. Personale di reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura gradevole sul mare. Colazione eccellente

Great location, always-clean rooms, and spotless towels and facilities. The restaurant and reception staff were especially kind and welcoming

The Wi-Fi quality was very poor throughout our stay (a shame for a 4 stars hotel) We also paid an additional fee to privatize the spa, but unfortunately there was no real sense of privacy at all. My partner and I booked it twice, and on both occasions staff members entered the spa area freely without warning, sometimes even leaving the back door open afterwards. I would strongly recommend that the hotel pay more attention to respecting guests’ privacy during private spa bookings. The food options were also quite limited, and the breakfast became very repetitive after a short time.

The breakfast is exceptional, staff are friendly and pool, beach access and location is wonderful.

The air conditioning isn’t turned on until the end of May so the room was hot overnight. This is very unusual in my experience especially for a four star hotel. The standard four person room is small, and we didn’t like the use of packets of shampoo and shower gel. In early May it was a struggle to get a sun lounger and there were lots of children so you couldn’t really access the hot pool except early morning.
