TTC Hotel - Da Lat

This is a reluctant review as the staff where so helpful in resolving our room problem. However the room given on the front of the hotel was very disappointing. The street noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep before midnight. Additionally we were given a room with an adjoining door- we could hear every noise from that room including someone being sick during the night. The bathroom was in a poor state of maintenance. We complained and were moved to a smaller room at the rear of the hotel. This room was more acceptable but overall I struggled to see the hotels 4 star rating,

Breakfast was quite nice, early breakfast was best to avoid the rush. The location was very good, being central to the night market area, which could be considered a bit noisy for those who like an early night, with different performances and music pubs, but that all ceased around 10 pm. Also within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is not air-conditioned, but due to Dalat's temperate days and cool nights, AC it is not required. The staff were all very polite and welcoming.

Great view of the opposite hillside hotels and coffee shops. No need for AC as the temperatures were in the 60's and 70's. Laid back vibe with the city market just steps away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffeeshops near by!!

Location, right in the middle of the night market and few steps to the lake. Walkable to the Cathedral.

Good size room but not so good in condition .

Everyone @ the Hotel Premium NGOC LAN. Made my stay the best. To all the Exersion From the front desk to the Taxi driver’s. I will definitely stay here Again. The location was just perfect. Thanks to All the staff, the restaurant was great. Thanks Yvonne USA
