Desilva Inn Katowice Airport

Hotel blisko lotniska, pokoje fajne. Widać że przeszli remont bo kilkanaście lat temu byłem w tym hotelu i było jak z PRLu a teraz normalny, czysty, fajny hotel.

Na bookingu nie ma informacji że transfer jest płatny 30zł. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości, wręcz kosmiczna jak na taki hotel. Ewidentnie korzystają z monopolu przy lotnisku.

The restaurant was very good with a nice range of food produced locally on offer. The ambience was nice in the restaurant too. The recently renovated reception area was a nice look. It's good that the hotel offers a shuttle service for a small fee.

The room was a bit outdated and not really anywhere to put our cases. The bed was most disappointing due to its small size for a double bed and the uncomfy mattress. So, you either nearly rolled out of bed or into the centre due to it dipping.

Lovely breakfast. Excellent staff, kind and friendly attitude across the board starting with the minibus driver, reception staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. Thank you

Bad placement if you are thinking to go on walking to the hotel. No sidewalks, only road. Just next to the hotel a new hotel is building right now.
