"Bom mas com pontos de atenção para melhorias"

Café da manhã muito gostoso (com ressalvas nas reposições), boa localização e simpatia dos funcionários.

Achei ruim ter apenas uma pessoa trabalhando para toda reposição do buffet do café da manhã principalmente em dias de muito movimento, ficou nítida a sobrecarga e muitas coisas como pratos, talheres e comidas não eram respostas para atender em tempo a necessidade dos hóspedes. Outro ponto, o hotel tem um barulho de vibração 24h por dia (como se fossem máquinas ligando e desligando), isso atrapalha muito a qualidade do sono, algumas noites acordei na madrugada por conta desse barulho. Achei a cama de casal bem pequena, comparando com os padrões de outros hotéis no mesmo nível que oferecem no mínimo um tamanho Queen.

The beds are not the most comfortable- especially the couch bed. There is no fan in the bathroom to help with the moisture and there are black spots in a few places. The front desk staff was nice. Fine enough place to stay for a group of 6.

"NICE OPTION FROM A PARENT WHO TRAVELS WITH YOUTH SPORTS ALL SUMMER"

The room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety and was good. Common areas clean. Location was near highway and just down the road from food and gas.

The front desk lady with the beautiful glasses was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast & the layout was exceptional! Only complaint is that the housekeeping manager doesn't permit late check outs.

Outdoor patio area was great for our sports team to hang out. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little tight with space if you had a family of 3/4 but overall nice. I would recommend.
