I am handicapped and all elevators were out of order please fix the elevators

The ants on the counters top in bathroom they gave me spray to spray them then I asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom again and she did no English

Location is great and it’s always clean

I booked a standard room with two queen beds. They tried to give me a room with one king only and said when you book standard it’s up to them what they give you, but we had 4 people in our reservation, so one bed was not going to be enough. The lady gave me another room but acted as though she was doing me a favor. Also, they never clean the tables at breakfast, so you’ve got to clean up a table before sitting down.

The young man that checked us in was very approachable, friendly and respectful. He did a very good job.

There was a birthday party and the paying guests such as myself couldn’t find parking. We had to drive around the hotel to wait for a parking spot.
