Great Stay

The property was comfortable and clean and the staff were very pleasant

The toilet flush was broken. The ironing board wouldn’t open and the iron wouldn’t plug into the sockets. There was only one lift which is pretty poor for a hotel of that size and it wasn’t working properly on the evening we arrived. It still was not working next morning when we left. We were on the 5th floor and had to walk down but could not get our suitcases down as they were too big and heavy so had to wait until someone could get them for us.

Clean Quick Service

Our room was above banquet room. Could hear loud music throughout night until wedding reception was over. Breakfast was minimal. Not much variety.

The front desk was very welcoming. He was very kind

It is loud in the rooms, You can hear everything your neighbors do and even being down the hall you can hear the elevator ding,
