The IMPERIAL Vung Tau Hotel

The best hotel in Vietnam We have been travelling through Vietnam and Asia for the past year and we were told not to miss out on the city on the southern coast called Vung Tau . We found the Imperial Hotel and Residences had the best location on the most amazing beach so we booked for a two week stay. The hotel is undoubtedly the best I have stayed in. The rooms were luxurious and so quiet . The outdoor spaces and swimming pools were amazing The breakfast was the very best I have had as it had the most options including for my wife who is a vegetarian. My favourite thing about this hotel is the staff. They were amazing, always incredibly helpful , from the front desk to the lifeguards at the beach, everyone went the extra mile. We decided to stay for an extra week and a member of the front desk staff named Luis Thiên , I think he may been part of the management team but I am not sure, he came to our suite to personally thank us for extending our stay and brought us fresh flowers and gift certificates to the spa and our welcome gifts were refilled weekly . We were so taken by this level of graciousness and respect he had shown us that we extended our two week trip into a two month stay. I thought this level of service was long since gone but we found it at the Imperial hotel in Vung Tau with Luis. We were sad to leave but we are planning to come back to the Imperial Vung Tau for a month later this year.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und nobel. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist wunderbar. Außen befindet sich ein sehr schöner Loungebereich mit tollen Cocktails. Das Mobiliar erinnert an die Biedermeierzeit und ist sehr prunkvoll. Alles in allem - ein sehr feines Hotel.

- Hành lang tối, người lớn tuổi đi nhìn không rõ. - Wifi yếu - Hành lang bị đọng nước thời điểm sáng mọi người đi tắm biển về, trơn trợt nguy hiểm. - hành lang dẫn từ khách sạn ra cầu vượt đi bộ ra nên có bảng chỉ đường nhiều hơn. - Bãi tắm để ca nô nước chạy vào thoải mái, gây nguy hiểm cho khách tắm biển, và gây ô nhiễm.
