Hard beds like sleeping on floor I had connecting rooms all beds same my family saud same Wifi wasn't good 1 room asked reception but nothing done

The hotel locations in the city and the facility is complete with children's swimming pools, the room was clean and facing to river view, and the breakfast in the Swiss cafe was tasty.

Good ambience hotel and a nice view. A very worth it hotel especially its presidential suite. Clean, nice, a very friendly hotel. The breakfast is nice as-well, I recommend the kue keroncong it’s a very unique experience. It is a very foreigner friendly hotel since the staff can speak english very well

Excelente 👌👌👌👌 very good very nice hotel, highly reccomend, good facility, clean, hygienic, great food, friendly people and great services. Need to try the “kue keroncong” near the bar, it is a special dessert in Kalimantan Timur. Very good👍🏻

It is about 2 minutes walking to Samarinda Central Plaza and 5 minutes walking to City Centrum Plaza. On the first floor, there are lobby, cafe, restaurant, meeting room, pool and fitness center. We can enjoy breakfast while watching at people swimming. The panorama to the South is Mahakam river, to the North and West with the city view. Anggi at restaurant is helpful.
