The breakfast was truly the highlight of my stay, offering a delightful variety that set a positive tone for the day. Unfortunately, the pool area left much to be desired; it was not well-maintained and appeared dirty. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. I also noticed unsightly stains on the carpet, and to my dismay, I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom that I had to deal with myself. Furthermore, I found the prices at the front desk to be exorbitant, with a simple bag of chips priced at $2—far more than it should have been, considering it should have been closer to a dollar. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the negatives significantly impacted my stay.

Nothing they was rude

They canceled my reservation that was prepaid. They did not notify me. They refused to give me a refund. Want me to rebook. They hallway smells, the shower did not work, their pool was dirty, and the nasty bottom of the pool. It was hot in the lobby. And they never told me their parking lot floods. In which my car was in the flooded part. I even contacted booking.com, and they did nothing. But wanted me to find another hotel to stay in. So, over all, I was out over $500.00. And I will not be using this site ever again. And I have already been telling everyone to be careful. when using this site to book anything. So my trip was so awful. And last but not least I was told by a town person. This hotel was known for canceled people reservation. Without notice. And they wanted you to rebook. And they do not give refunds on there mistake.
