"Great service and comfortable accommodations."

Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and our room was made up and cleaned daily when we returned from sightseeing trips. Staff made sure we had plenty of necessities. Hair dryer broke and the problem was immediately solved. Breakfast provided was good. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering. We would stay here again and recommend to others visiting the area.

"THE WORST HOTEL EVER-STAY AWAY"

We had a major problem with noise level all night long. The room above us was loud. Doors slamming all night, loud talking, and an unruly child screaming all night long. I reported this to the night clerk. She was no help at all. This happened 2 nights in a row. We pay for a quiet night at a minimum and didn't even get that. We will never stay at a Country Inn again. I encountered this clerk at check out and she never acknowledged our problem. We should be given a full refund for our stay. To future traveller's don't go near this place. Many choices in Covington area.

Super clean facility. Staff was amazing in accommodations and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional and coffee fresh 24 hrs a day.
