Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

I did like having a beachfront view.

I did not like the attitude of the desk clerk, nor having the lounge chairs removed from in front of my room, nor being told it was free parking and then had to pay to park in the parking lot that I had paid for a room to stay in. I ask for an invoice and was told I could not get one that booking.com would have to send it. The clerk that checked us in was the one that checked us out and her attitude was very unpleasant. I will not suggest this facility to noone despite it having beachfront rooms and cheap!!!

Having to pay for parking at a hotel that I have already purchased a room at. Why do I need to pay for parking if I'm stay at your facility

Could have been kept up better, lawn care would have neatened it up even more.

The fact it was on the beach.

It smelled like butt and febreze. Nothing felt clean. The staff were rude and no one really spoke to you.

Great location for the Beach, no hassle parking lot was full meaning, people was visiting and staying at the hotel but you still had parking. And if you needed extras stuff like sheets etc no problem getting it, room cleaner was always friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was awesome and they seem like family, it was nice being greeted by your first name from them👌👍 there was no problem talking with any of staff workers they all greeted you back. The view from the balcony on the 4th floor was breathtaking. We will definitely plan other trip there, the location was very the close to seaside, Publix, waffle House, the was a Christine retreat about 2 miles down the road and there cafe and ice cream was wonderful, coffee best taste and the ice cream was all real ingredients. Thank you Lord

The only thing was the room needed so updated furniture, but the sleeper sofa for me was very comfortable.

Location was good, easy walk to the beach.

Checkin was way after 3pm. There is no one keeping the outside clean, blowing or washing down the sidewalks. No supervision of the pool area. People fed their kids chicken while in the pool. The room STANK, like 15 yr old cigarettes. We immediately went and bought candles and air freshener. The AC didn’t keep the room cool.
