Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

I liked the friendly staff and all the amenities

The location was nice and the beachfront pool was nice; however it is not at all monitored so lots of people coming in from the beach not staying there using the pool.

Where do I begin? The room we initially got was damp everywhere to begin with and we didn’t have any hot water. There was feces on the toilet water tank and lid. I complained about our toilet flushing poorly, but they knew the real issue was bad pipes which ended up flooding our whole room with 3 inches of disgusting sewer water. Management still hasn’t issued our refund and was extremely rude about it. They said it had never happened but the amount of wood rot on the door frame says otherwise. The front desk gals though were very nice. But overall It was a disgusting place and I would absolutely not recommend it nor go back.

The pool

Room was nasty, the beds were broken.. had no one to come and clean our room. We will never go back to that hotel

Good price for being right on the Gulf side, on the beach during the start of the season. Overall... No real complaints on the place.

Being an older facility, not my normal choice for stays and if preferred, no option of a prepared breakfast if in a rush.

Location

Hidden fees had to pay for parking and there was a 67$ card transaction fee to pay for parking and they didn't ask of i wanted to pay cash and didn't tell me about the transaction fee.
