Days Inn by Wyndham Valemount

The room was a great setup and exactly what we wanted, until we tried to use the I room jacuzzi and the tub was too dirty to be used

The fact that the jacuzzi tub which is one of the reasons we booked it, was so disgusting when we ran water in it that it was not usable, they did offer a 25% refund which they say they processed but has not come through on my credit card, I contacted them and the lady was very rude when I said the funds had not been credited. I waited a day and checked with my bank and still no refund and at this point I don't need the attitude I would receive when calling back for $50.

Good location off the main highway and on the Main Street of the Village of Valemount. The pool and hot tub were appreciated. Water slight for the young at heart! Good pub across the street with some good food options.

If a closet is important to store your belongings, this would be a set back as there was no closet in our room!

Close to Tim Hortons and gas station

In dog friendly room but it smelled like dog and having a hypoallergenic dog he had a hard time settling and I was very reactive to whatever dog had been there previous

Ease of check-in

They kept my room even though we were going to be extremely late. I did phone and let them know!

The location and parking. Big trucks and trailers were blocking many of the parking stalls.

My sheets did not appear to be changed as there were hairs and a few stains on the sheets.
