Non smoking room had stench cigarette smell, carpet had clump of patches of dirt, linens were dirty. Another set of guest walked in on me in my room.

The location and price

I was supposed to receive up to $200 in incidentals and one of the staff mentioned that it was another debit card on my account but when I questioned nobody would give me any information. I spoke to my bank and they informed me it was never sent. There was also a roach that ran across my bed.😤

it took a while to get help and when we did she was trying to charge us extra when we had already paid for the room
