Very close to town, warm bath robes in room, balcony available, very good complementary breakfast with the very best coffee.

We could hear people walking around upstairs constantly, who knows what they were doing moving back-and-forth. Very annoying.

Great location, nice room with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was included in our booking, though on our first morning there was no staff around and no food. We were offered no compensation for this, given we had to buy breakfast externally.

Room was as advertised.

The room was very large and very comfortable.

Nothing it was outstanding.

It is a pretty noisy property. About half the W rooms are above a big garage door that makes a lot of noise anytime someone comes and goes. I have stayed here a few times per year but won’t go back. There is hardly anyone there and we asked for a 2 hour late checkout to 1pm and were told $200. That is their right to set whatever policy they want but very few properties won’t work with people that have late flights out. The place was empty and they weren’t going to be full on the next day on Sunday, there was one other car in parking lot. That was the last time I will stay there.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly. The location was walkable and close to everything. Parking on site.

When we arrived there were dishes in the dishwasher. We had to track down a housekeeper for replacement Kuerig pods and sugar packages. They do not come everyday like a regular hotel. The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable and the furniture needed updating. We paid approximately $880 for three nights during the week and I guess we expected a bit higher end. We also ate at their restaurant and they recommended we make a reservation. When we arrived until we left there were only a handful of people at the bar. We ordered our entree and Chef delivered them. The food was mediocre at best. I had their Gnocchi which was fried and was sprinkled with pine nuts and no sauce. No flavor nothing. I have never sent food back before. They were very understanding and took it off our bill. Upon leaving I let the desk attendant know that we were leaving at 9:00 am. She looked at me and said OK. No thank you for staying with us or how was your stay? Safe travels…nothing.
