Had a reservation for 21-25 Jan 26 but due to a snow storm scheduled on 23 Jan, caught an earlier flight home and checked out on the 23rd of Jan. Received an incorrect receipt for one day vs two days but had to get to the airport early due to the shutdown and before flights started to be cancelled. After checking my credit card statement recently, the hotel changed me for the full four days and never contacted me, emailed or mailed me an updated receipt. When I called to report the error and request a refund of the erroneous charges from the hotel, they kept telling me the manager had to adjust the charges but never did. Manger never called me and when I followed up, they sent my calls straight to hold. Made a complaint with Wyndham who advised since they are privately owned, they can't handle the issue. I would have to resolve the issue with the hotel who is ghosting me. Please beware when staying at this hotel. It was not worth the stay.

We recently stayed at La Quinta and overall had a good experience. When we first checked in, the bathroom light in our room was not working, but the manager immediately took care of the issue and quickly found another room for us to move into. The new room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great, although we would have liked to see peanut butter available and a better variety of fruit instead of just apples — maybe bananas and oranges as well. There was also no water available in the breakfast area. The area around the hotel had plenty of great food options nearby, and despite the construction in the area, it was not a problem during our stay. Our only complaint was that the laundry area was closed due to maintenance. It was not a deal breaker, but it was definitely inconvenient for travelers needing to do laundry. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s quick response to the room issue and enjoyed our stay.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Me Me is very professional.

Front desk was able to accommodate us to a room that had a smart TV for my son’s birthday. The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff were really nice and welcoming

Close to eating places and my sisters was there as well

The light as you come in didn’t work, the smoke detector was not mounted in the ceiling like supposed to have been. Wasn’t a where that a deposit was required upon arrival
