Everything, its a terrific hotel, dont stay here. Haven is 100 time better

The location was great

For a family resort the pool was very deep at 1.65cm. The only lift in the hotel broke down multiple times. We had workman working infront of our room on scaffolding for the whole duration of stay, was not told at time of check in, it effected our ocean view meanwhile we didn’t want to open the blinds and allow workman to look into our bedrooms. The cleaners weren’t very clean, floor very dirty.
