When we arrived we were told that we had to pay for our parking at the hotel lot, walking in there were boxes everywhere as well as mattresses. We even found a roach crawling around in our room. The only good part was the service from front desk worker Jared he was very sweet and helpful.

It was ver clean and in good area. Was not aware they charge for parking! This was not on the booking site! Neither did they mention it was under construction! Those are factors that should be mention !!

The customer service and hospitality were excellent. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Andres "Chef" was a one man show at The Bistro delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.
