Was a little confusing for to find then parking lot after dark.
Was in town to visit family and the hotel is 6 blocks away so close by. Friendly staff and clean. The breakfast has lots of choices.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator being out of service for people in their 60’s with a room on the 3rd floor was not pleasant. The shower water pressure couldn’t get the conditioner out of my wife’s hair. The shower was useless
Bed mattress seemed old and water pressure was low in shower. Breakfast was excellent and service was great.
Property and room are clean and well kept. The desk clerk on the day we checked in was less than friendly. He gave the impression that we were annoying him . The woman who was in charge of the breakfast the next morning was helpful, friendly, and efficient.
The property was clean and the staff were considerate and helpful.

It was convenient to the Air Force Academy as we were going to an early football game the following morning. Breakfast was ready on time at 7:00 as we were heading out to the game. My husband didn’t sleep very well, he said it was noisy outside of the room and he could hear footsteps in the room above us. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
When I checked out my bill was $30.00 more than when my reservation was confirmed. When I asked why the person at the desk did not have an answer as to why this occurred. There were no other charges. It looks like bait and switch. The shower control for water flow and temperature was terrible. If the stream was usable it was too hot to stay under. At a usable temperature there was no pressure. The additional wand was broken and not usable. The room, bed, and breakfast were great.
