The shampoo and soap dispensers we're very nice I really do like the liquid soap in the dispenser. The TV mounted on the wall was very nice.

I booked on booking.com they took the money, now mind you it is all weekend, a holiday weekend at that. Nowhere on booking.com did it say after I spend over $100 that I did not have to spend to begin with was there going to be a refundable $50 deposit as well when I got to the location. I am homeless so when I go to hotels it's because I have just enough to stay warm and dry and it was raining yesterday. So I paid on booking.com over $100, I get to the hotel and she asks me at the desk will I be paying cash or card for the refundable deposit. I was baffled. Nowhere did it say that there was going to be a refundable deposit as well grand total I paid over $140 for one night and I checked in at night so I didn't even get my money's worth. Again I am homeless I could have gotten two nights at a different hotel during the week for that amount of money so when she said that there was going to be a $50 refundable deposit I didn't have $50 and they already took over $100 for the reservation and she had the nerve to say, well it's already booked you will lose out on the money so I had to beg a family member who is doing really bad right now for $50 to do the deposit I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in my entire life I have been homeless now for 3 months I will sleep in my car before I ever give them a cent again that is ridiculous I have been having issues with this booking.com now I accidentally booked for June two nights in a row at Wilkes-Barre inn and suites I call up customer service for the helpline on booking.com they said they were going to email me nobody rectified anything they pretty much told me I'm shit out of luck and it would cost me the same amount of money I paid for these two nights in order to cancel them. what would be the point of that. I don't know usually the Red roof inn is very nice but when that one lady is working the desk it's terrible and now I'm having issues with booking.

from the moment i checked in it was the worst experience of my life. i wouldnt recommend anyone staying there . i ieft due to a medical emergency and they wouldnt give my deposit back

everything, staff was unprofessional, the room smelled like pee and the bed was as hard as a rock
