Only spent one night here for an overnight layover. Check in was easy and front desk staff were helpful with options for return to airport, breakfast time, etc. This is a convenient hotel for a short-stay layover near T3/T5 area. Only issue we had was that we could not control the room temperature as the thermostat was not functioning.

The property is fantastic and i would happily stay again. The bar/restaurant needs work. Staff were overwhelmed and were unable to provide satisfactory service to patrons.

We stayed 3 separate times at this location during our 15 day hop around England and Paris. By far this was our favorite venue to stay at. We felt the most comfortable and the most safe at this location. We highly recommend this hotel especially if you need to be clise to heathrow airport to catch a plane, train, tram or bus.
