Rooms are very small with no place to store clothing. I was literally living out of my 2 suit cases and barley had room for those.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the room was very basic. There was only packs of instant coffee, no coffee machine. The fridge was empty, nothing to buy. We were at another Hyatt last week in London, no comparison.

All great but transfer to airport is terrible. We wound up spending over 50 pounds for an uber to our flight. The shuttle is 3rd party and charges and takes forever since it stops many times. Might as well stay down town and uber to airport. Restaurant was great tho!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was great with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. Bar/Restaurant was was delicious with plenty of lounging space and cheerful staff.
