La habitación es cómoda, el buffet está bien, la ubicación es excelente.

Falla la limpieza, es la segunda vez que vamos y nos volvió a pasar lo mismo, el baño no lo desinfectan bien y no se esmeran mucho en la limpieza de la habitación, había suciedad en el suelo y en la cama había migas de algo. Tiene que mejorar.

Estuve en la planta 10, con una terraza muy grande en forma de L y las vistas eran impresionantes, se veían dos playas una por cada lado y el Teide enfrente, la habitación bien, faltaba la nevera y después de pedirla me la trajeron enseguida, la cama muy cómoda, buffet muy variado, a la piscina no le daba el sol todo el día por su ubicación pero estaba todo muy cuidado y se aprovechaba bien, el personal (todos) eran fantásticos desde la recepción, camarer@s, limpieza de hab. se merecen un 10 por su trabajo con tanto esmero, dedicación y cariño me sentí muy bien 🙏🏻💝.

La verdad todo me gustó, si tengo que decir algo que no, solamente la ubicación de la piscina donde el sol da de medio día a media tarde, estamos en invierno y se hacía corto el tiempo de disfrute, seguramente en tiempo de verano será mejor.

El Hotel necesita una reforma total. Estaba lleno con excursiones de IMSERSO y chavales de fin de curso . Solo tres ascensores era imposible subir o bajar debido a las colas que se generaban teniendo en cuenta que eran unas 10 plantas. El buffet era en ocasiones la selva. Íbamos a descansar en familia y ver la isla.
