Royal Crown Hotel & Spa

It takes five minutes on foot to Pub Street and old market. Easily reachable from many minivan terminals and local famous place. Very safe and clean. You can see beautiful sunset from loof top Sky Bar. Also, there are two local supermarket near this hotel. You can purchase food, beverages with low price. For example, a 330 ml can of local beer is 0.75 US dollar.

The most important as per me is STAFF and since I was part of hospitality industry I know its one of the most important requirement. Very nice and sweet staff whether it was at desk or anywhere. It was service with smile.

It is so easy to recommend the Royal Crown--and Siem Reap and Cambodia in general. Our stay was short--just two nights--but everything about our visit was wonderful. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was large and clean, the shower was no-frills but was warm and had great water pressure, our room had a small balcony, and the hotel's two pools meant we could easily swim/sit outside in peace. The location was also great. We were positioned within walking distance of everything we wanted to do--night markets, restaurants, shopping, and exploring. We highly recommend the Royal Crown Hotel.

Nothing

The room was as spacious as an apartment with very nice decoration and proper wooden furniture. Lots of windows made it very bright. We even got a fruit basket for arrival. Although there was no shower in the bathroom (but only a bathtub) everything was so extremely clean and working properly, that I would not rate it negatively. Please try their dragon fruit and pineapple jams for breakfast - never had such tasty ones on our trip. Breakfast assortment even varies during breakfast time. Lots of fruits, oats, Joghurt, bread and all the national dishes. Not to forget the egg station :)

View from the rooftop was not too extraordinary.

The hotel is centrally located. Night market is a few mins walk. The rooms are of good size. The pool was very nice.

Breakfast could have some variation.
